Glass Blowing Classes at Gemstone Glass

Beginning Glassblowing

           The classes and workshops are designed for the beginning glassblowing student. Early focus will be on introduction to and handling of all the tools and materials (and studio environment) necessary to start learning the basics of handling hot glass in solid and blown form. Emphasizing teamwork, class sizes will be limited to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 students allowing for a fair turn of hands-on time which, coupled with abundant demonstrations, will provide a sound, positive atmosphere for learning.
